Q: Is there a deposit required to hold my reservation?
Yes. All bounce house rentals require a $40 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation.
Q: If it rains, will I lose my deposit?
In the event that your rental is cancelled due to rain, lightning, or high winds, your deposit will be refunded or credited towards a future rental with Let's Bounce Austin!

Q: Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver at no cost to you within a reasonable distance of the Austin area. Feel free to call us if you have any questions concerning your location.
Q: Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Yes. We use dependable designs made by reputable manufacturers. Each inflatable is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. They are inspected onsite to ensure they meet industry standards. They have the "mom seal of approval".
Q: How are old are your inflatables?
Brand NEW! You don't have to worry about old, grungy equipment with us. All of our inflatables are commercial grade and purchased in 2016!
Q: How many kids (or adults) can jump at one time?
Our 15x15 Jumbo Bounce House can hold 8 kids for a comfortable bounce environment. Generally cut that number in half for our adult participants.
Q: Will the equipment be supervised?
The rental option does NOT include an operator. Customers are to provide adult supervision.
Q: Is set-up included in the rental price?
Yes. Let's Bounce Austin! will handle set-up and break down of all inflatables with no cost to you. We will also walk you though the safety/liability guidelines and forms before your event.
Q: Will set-up time count against my 4 hours of rental?
Absolutely NOT! We value your time and money. Set up and break down of equipment is free of charge and will be scheduled prior to the day of the event. Equipment is generally set up 1 hour prior to start of event with set up taking on average 25 minutes.
Q: What about additional fees?
Yes, sometimes there is small damage from silly string, face paint, shoes being worn inside, or forgetting to take things out of your pocket. We understand. Most times those repairs are minimal,usually $50 - $100. You will receive pictures and an updated Invoice. We appreciate your cooperation in making sure everyone receives a great bounce house for their event.
Q: Can I rent inflatables for more than 4 hours at a time?
Yes, at an additional charge of $25 for an All Day Rental(10am-7pm). Overnight rentals are an additional $50 (10am - 10am).
Q: Will the Bounce House fit in my yard?
If you have a reasonably flat, open surface without low hanging obstructions, you should be good to go! You can check dimensions of each unit via their product page.
